Apple

Apple, founded in California in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne, entered the watch market in 2015 with the Apple Watch, a smartwatch closely tied to the iPhone. Refreshed each year, the line combines fitness and health sensors, notifications, contactless payment and optional cellular connectivity in aluminium and titanium cases, with interchangeable straps. Apple has at times offered premium versions in gold, ceramic and steel, as well as collaborations with fashion houses. Separate Ultra and lower-priced SE models sit alongside the main numbered Series.
