Breguet

Breguet takes its name from Abraham-Louis Breguet, who opened a workshop in Paris in 1775 and is credited with inventions such as the tourbillon and the overcoil balance spring. The modern company is based in the Vallée de Joux in Switzerland and has belonged to the Swatch Group since 1999. Its watches carry recognisable details including coin-edge case bands, hand-turned guilloché dials and hollow-tipped hands named after the founder. The range spans formal Classique models, the nautical Marine line, Type XX pilot's chronographs and the Reine de Naples for women.
