Jaeger-LeCoultre

Jaeger-LeCoultre grew from a workshop opened by Antoine LeCoultre in Le Sentier, in the Vallée de Joux, in 1833. Over the following century it became a large integrated manufacture and a supplier of movements to other Swiss houses; the Jaeger name came from a partnership with a Paris-based firm in the early twentieth century. It has belonged to Richemont since 2000. The company has produced well over a thousand calibres, and it is best known for the reversible Reverso, the Master dress watches and the Polaris sports line.
